Link Submission Terms

Please provide an accurate and grammatically correct title and description for your link. The title and description should reflect the content that a user would find on your site. Your site should not display popups, or attempt to install any software on the user's computer. Your site should be complete with all links working, and with a generous amount of content. If your site is new, please consider making sure it is both complete and worthwhile to a potential user before submitting to the directory.

Policy on Multiple Submissions: In general, one link submission per site should be sufficient. If you have a large website that provides an extensive range of services/products, we will accept a second submission. PLEASE, make sure that your second link is submitted under a different category and/or with a different URL. (For example: if link #1 is www.company.com, then link #2 should be something like www.company.com/specialservices) In addition, your second link should be submitted under a different category. We will NOT approve multiple links to exactly the same url under the same category! If you wish to submit a large number of links for a given site, please contact admin[AT]linkshade.com. Article Submission Terms:

We love to receive your article submissions! Articles are a great way to promote your website/product/service. YES, we do allow affiliate links in your articles, but PLEASE confine your affiliate links to the last paragraph of your article, and do not include more than two affiliate links in any one article. Don't forget to use your author info box to promote your website/product/service as well!

Articles should be grammatically correct, with correct punctuation and with no spelling errors, and with no unusual text formatting (i.e. no phrases in ALL CAPS). The article title MUST reflect the content of the article. Keyword dense titles are fine, but they must read like normal English! Please divide your article text into logical paragraphs for easy reading (do not submit one large block of text, it is too difficult to read).
Please try to submit good quality articles, with content that is useful and interesting. When you are writing it helps to think, "What would I want/need to know about this topic?" and then write to answer your own question.

Please Note: If you are copy/pasting your article from a word processor, MAKE SURE you are using plain text, with no "smart quotes" or other codes as these will not be correctly interpreted, which results in odd characters. You can use a plain text editor to write your articles for copy/pasting, to avoid the problem of importing unreadable codes.

"Spun" Articles: Please DO NOT submit spun versions of the same article to this site. Articles will ONLY be accepted if they show sufficient unique content. Submitting articles that are virtually identical does NOT help your site ranking, and it does NOT improve the quality of the Directory. THE CONSTANT SUBMISSION OF SPUN ARTICLES, OR "SPAMMING" THE SITE WITH IDENTICAL ARTICLES, WILL RESULT IN BANNING AND DELETION OF YOUR ACCOUNT!

General Submission Terms

We make an effort to review as many submissions as possible, but we cannot always accept every submission.  Please be aware that sites or articles containing pornographic material, or content that is sexually explicit, obscene, violent or hateful will not be accepted. Any content that promotes illegal activity or explains how to engage in illegal activity will not be approved. Finally, sites containing content that is not legal in all parts of the World, or is not legally viewed by children may not be accepted.  These guidelines are necessary to maintain the quality of the directory for the benefit of all users. PHARMACY SITES that sell prescription drugs can only be accepted to this directory as PAID submissions ($10/year).  You must provide proof of your status as a licensed pharmacy by sending an email to admin[AT]linkshade.com. We will then send you a Paypal email where you can submit payment for your link; when payment is received your link will be approved immediately if it meets our general submission guidelines.

ONLINE GAMBLING SITES of any kind will NOT be accepted to this directory.

PAYDAY LOAN SITES or any other form of "fast cash" loan sites will NOT be accepted to this directory.
